Product Features of Pneumatic Flange Soft Sealed Eccentric Butterfly Valve

  1. Small operating torque, which is the smallest operating torque among all valves. It opens and closes quickly. It is powered by compressed air and mechanically drives the valve stem through piston racks and gears. , Rotating the valve plate 0~90° with the torque output by the angular stroke can quickly complete the opening and closing action, with simple structure, small size, light weight, small flow resistance, large flow coefficient and good sealing performance. The adjustment range is large. It is the execution unit of the instrument in the automatic control system.
  2. The electric-pneumatic valve positioner is used, which is powered by electric signal and compressed air, and accepts the 0-10mADC or 4-20mADC current signal input by the control system, and the compressed air is converted into the air source pressure signal input and output by the regulator. By changing the rotation angle of the valve plate (0-90° any angle), it can better adjust and control parameters such as flow.
  3. It adopts electromagnetic reversing valve and valve position feedback device , and uses AC220V or DC24V power supply voltage and compressed air as power to realize fast two-position cut-off control of fluid medium.
  4. The actuator adopts piston-type cylinder and crank arm conversion structure, with large output torque, small volume, and fully sealed waterproof design with high protection level. The cylinder block adopts mirror cylinder, no oil lubrication, small friction coefficient, corrosion resistance, super durability and reliability. All transmission bearings are lubricated by boundary self-lubricating bearings without oil to ensure that the transmission shaft is not worn.

  7. Adjustable screws at both ends enable standard products to have an adjustable range of ±4° at 0° and 90°. Ensure synchronization accuracy with the valve.
