Overview of Pneumatic Centerline Butterfly Valves
Pneumatic centerline butterfly valve is a butterfly valve in which the center of rotation of the butterfly plate (ie the center of the valve shaft) is located on the centerline of the valve body and the sealing section of the butterfly plate . The connection methods are wafer type and flange type. The fluid resistance of the pneumatic midline butterfly valve is small. The effective flow area of the medium and large diameter butterfly valve is large when it is fully opened, and the opening and closing is quick and labor-saving. The opening and closing can be completed by using the compressed air to drive the disc lever to rotate 90 degrees, and it can also be equipped with an electric valve for positioning. The device adjusts and controls various parameters such as medium flow, pressure, and temperature.
Features of Pneumatic Centerline Butterfly Valve
- Small and light, easy to disassemble and maintain, and can be installed in any position.
- The structure is simple and compact, the operating torque is small, and the 90° rotation can be opened quickly.
- The flow characteristic is straight line, and the adjustment performance is good.
- The connection between the butterfly plate and the valve stem adopts a pin-free structure, which overcomes the possible internal leakage point.
- The outer circle of the butterfly plate adopts a spherical shape, which improves the sealing performance and prolongs the service life of the valve. It still maintains zero leakage when it is opened and closed under pressure for more than 50,000 times.
