Uses and Features
The soft sealing butterfly valve is suitable for water supply and drainage, gas pipelines such as food, medicine, chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, metallurgy, urban construction, light textile, paper making, etc. to adjust the flow and intercept the medium. Its main features are:

- The amount of rubber on the valve seat is small, the potential impact of expansion is small, and it is easy to control the torque value within an appropriate range. The two- section valve stem is connected without pins . The structure is simple and compact, and the maintenance and disassembly are extremely convenient.
- The butterfly plate has automatic energy matching, which realizes the small interference fit between the butterfly plate and the valve seat. The phenolic backrest has the characteristics of non-shedding, tensile resistance, leakage prevention, and easy replacement. Since the sealing surface of the valve seat is integrated with the backrest, the deformation of the valve seat is reduced.

Sealing Principle
Sealing principle is to ensure that the sealing surface of the valve plate has a suitable surface roughness value during processing, and the synthetic rubber valve seat forms a suitable surface roughness value of the sealing surface during molding. When the valve is closed, through the rotation of the valve plate, the outer sealing surface of the valve plate squeezes the synthetic rubber valve seat, so that the synthetic rubber valve seat is elastically deformed to form an elastic force as the sealing pressure to ensure the sealing of the valve.
